Eastern Standard Kitchen & Drinks interview questions

The GM and HR managers were quick to respond. I had an interview with the HR manager that lasted about 30 minutes. She was very nice and told me to come in for a short stage (2-3 hrs). I came in for the stage with the chef that ended up being 6 hours.

Just spoke with two different managers at two separate times - maybe a week apart. Super friendly, asked about my previous experience and what was one occasion where I went above and beyond for a guest.
