Unprofessional and strange. I applied online and got an email from the HR Team not too long after. I thought that was a good sign... I went on two interviews where the hiring team seemed disinterred and apathetic. The first interview lasted a total of 3 minutes ( I wish I was joking) where the individual just asked me what my current position was and if I was familiar with excel. That's it. NO INFO ABOUT THE POSITION WAS GIVEN AT ALL. I figured it was a fluke or an off day, so when I got the second interview I expected some some sort of intro/basic day to day about to the role. Nope. Nada. The second interview lasted 10 minutes where I was asked the same questions and nothing was explained about the company. There wasn't even a moment where I was asked if I had any questions. After describing my resume again, they just said they were done and left the call. If you're going to have someone take the time out of their work day to interview at your company, at least make them feel like you want to speak with them.
