Great company and great people. Very knowledgeable in real estate. Really wanted to see how well I had prepped, and my understanding of real estate while also genuinely getting interested in who I am as a persona and how I would fit in the group.

Interview
You have to take an aptitude test that tests pattern recognition. You also take a digital interview, where you are asked three questions. I took the test and digital interview a few weeks ago and have not heard back.
1 One- Way Round (It is still reviewed by a employee)
3 In Person Rounds (First 2 rounds consist of a mix of analysts and associates. Last round consists of higher up personal)

Interview
The first step was an aptitude assessment and a virtual one-way interview. The next steps were interviews with a couple of analysts and leaders of the internship program. The interviews were largely behavioral overall, but you are tested on your understanding of basic real estate concepts and valuation fundamentals.
