I was refered by my brothers who both worked at Eastbay already. I got an interview and talked to the HR person, who liked me and thought I was qualified for the job. The questions she asked me were easy enough to answer. "What do you plan on getting out of Eastbay? What are your life goals? What are your hobbies?" etc...
