Star method, points based, lots of questions and no real icebreaker. They do give you 5 minutes to look through the questions before they start. 2 Interviewers. Recruitment manager was distracted by being late for dentist and had 4/5 messages interrupting the interview throughout. Very difficult to keep on track.
