I went for a number of interviews and rigorous role-play and scenario type tests, including enacting sales of various products without prior preparation.
The first interview was a group one where we talked about personality and character traits, and my goals for the future, etc. The next was a one-to-one with the Sales Manager about my specific qualifications. Later, we met again to confirm details of the offer and I did some further role-play type questions.
They were very professional throughout, and allowed humour whilst remaining quite formal.
