Had two interviews, one with HR and the hiring manager, the second with a panel of people at various levels. Both were behavioral interviews, with a very strong focus on culture and DEI issues. At the end of the panel, they informed me that they would check my references. I told my references to expect a call, but they were never contacted, which was slightly embarrassing for me. I asked for an update after two weeks, but still haven’t heard anything two months later.
