They give you a call after you submit your application to set up an in person interview. Their questions are mostly geared towards figuring out your personality and conflict resolution skills.
The interview was super laid back and chill. I actually enjoyed this interview and they were very transparent with me. One of the questions was what I would be as an animal which can say a lot of a person.
