I filled out application online. Got a phone call and scheduled an interview. I only had one interview and they asked questions about what age of children I wanted to watch and how would I react to everyday children issues such as someone gets hurt or what if you need to leave the room what would you do. Then I had to get certified in CPR First Aid, and Communicable Disease. got a call and was hired.
