Interview
The interview experience went very smooth, involving to 5 sessions with various heads and one with HR. I guess this multiple interviews by different people gives an unbiased review about a person from different individual perspectives. It was a friendly session overall.

Questions were around the JD for the role I applied for. - Team management, product management , technical basics, communication level, self confidence.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EagleView (Rochester, NY) in Oct 2015
Interview
Initiated by recruiter to set up a phone screening interview.
The phone interview lasted about 45 mins asking basic questions about my education and experience.
1 day after phone interview I received an email for an in person interview. Once confirmed was sent the different people I would be meeting.
For the in person interview - it lasted from 10:30am to 3:00pm. It was a long day - but everyone I spoke to was very nice and easy to talk to.
