During that interview round, the hiring manager asked me to submit a high-level outline for the strategy I would implement coming into this role. As I started going through the strategy, they asked for additional details and wanted me to submit the entire playbook; I could tell something wasn't on the up-and-up and it didn't seem like they were interviewing in good faith.
