This interview was very laid back and chill. It is a smaller company so I got interviewed by an HR representative and a geologist. It was about 40 minutes long and was very good quality questions.
Attend local job fairs and community forums to obtain an interview or make new connections. Ask for a tour of the facilities. This is a tight knit group of workers.
