Eagle Express Service interview questions

They sent an email to me (with no signature), self-scheduling a time. I responded back that I already had a meeting scheduled at that time, but would be willing to discuss at alternative times. They chose a time, then did not call. So, after waiting 17 minutes, I responded I was no longer interested. They responded back that the Director of Operations, with whom I was schedule to meet (again, they never even told me with whom I would be meeting), was taking care of an urgent customer matter.
