Interview was very simple and quick, only a few questions over the phone. It lasted about 10 minutes, but answered all my questions about the position. Fairly straightforward interview and easy.

Interview
Was initially all done on Indeed and they ask you to do a "phone interview." Its just the system asking you questions and scenarios on normal customer service circumstances. It took about 15 minutes.
Phone screen and phone interview, overall straightforward. Very professional staff and reasonable timeframes for everything. They conducted everything on time and got back to me rather quickly, overall great experience
