EXR interview questions

I had a Zoom interview with Erin and she was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable about my resume and work history. We went through my background and why I wanted to switch to Real Estate. She asked me about my career goals and plans and went over why EXR was special (they really are) compared to other brokerages I interviewed with. I feel she got to know me better than anyone else I met with and also let me see inside the company better than anyone else as well.
