Applied in naukri and then Technical coding round then PI. Candidates apply online. Shortlisted candidates have initial phone interviews. Successful ones face panel interviews. Finalists meet higher-ups. Reference checks are done. The best fit is offered the job.

Interview
3 rounds....1st technical.....2nd client round....3rd F2F at Noida office which could've been online and was totally unnecessary coz they don't trust people with their skills...difficulty level was easy to moderate if you really know the skills in the JD.
The interview process was structured, involving multiple stages including an initial HR screening, a technical round with scenario-based questions, and a final interview with senior management. The entire process was smooth and feedback was prompt.
