All the recruiters and assessors there are accommodating and nice to talk with. I actually applied last week and got the job offer on the following day. There are a lot of requirements, but they will help you to accomplish all. I already joined EXL today. Kudos to their Recruitment team

First round was communication, it was ok but the ops round is worse, not giving feedback after selection. So overall hr team is worst. And the management is too weak.
It Is very easy and friendly yet you need to complete assessments including typing speed and language validation. The minimum words per second was 30. While the minimum requirements for the language test was 60%.

It was smooth and pretty easy. There were two rounds of online interviews, an oral round and a written round. On how to handle some customer issues. They also asked about the traits a customer service employee should possess.
