Worst process i've even seen ! We were called at 11 am and we reached there on time, till 2.30 pm no one comes to cater you and suddenly HR comes at 2.35 pm,Now she tells me that they were hiring for a person with at 2-3 years of a Exp. that too in Development and expected his current package to be less than 3 Lpa , Why do you do this !
My per month salary was only 3k more than offered salary to which i told that i can negotiate on that and come down also but HR Simply discarded me that she can't waste her own/manager's time ,why don't you mention the package offered range in online portals ?

Interview
Interview process was very smooth and HR department arrenge everything with the coordination. HR round was very helpful to know about the company. They are very supportive and listen all concern.
2 hr rounds , 1 senior manager and 1 team lead will conduct interview all remote no face to face needed. Just try your luck they have enought openings throughout the year. Try referal
It was completely depends on your thinking and presence of mind. Needs to be focused. There were 3 rounds 1st with Hr then assistant manager than senior manager. It was a good experience for me with exl.
