EWI interview questions

It was great. They asked about myself, their company and also about the knowledge I have for the position I applied for. They also told me that there are many people applied for the position available and they asked what is unique about me

Three google meet video interviews over the course of three weeks for one hour each. While the non-HR people were ok to work with, the HR personnel was purely 'old school hr' - "We're like a big family here" etc. And they wanted a personality tests taken.... They did not want to give a pay band range; after i told them what i was currently making they said "Oh theres no way we can get close to that" and that was that. Would have been nice to have the information up front.
