First was an over the phone screening followed by a video interview with the hiring manager. I didn't hear back at all and my follow ups a couple of weeks later for feedback were ignored, as was a further message on LinkedIn from their inhouse recruiter, whom I had spoken to previously. They subsequently readvertised the position.

I was brought in for an in-person interview at Dohmen's headquarters. Interviewed with two individuals for about 40 minutes each, both were very friendly. I was the very first interview, but a few weeks later Dohmen came back to me with an offer.
