There were three steps to the process- a video screening, a written test, and an interview with directors. The interviewers were very engaging and asked relevant questions. The process took about a month.
It’s important to take some time to prepare before entering, as having a clear plan and understanding makes the process much smoother. Overall, it was quite straightforward and manageable. Many interview rounds- The first included a video screening interview discussing technical procedures followed by a costing analysis and written response assessment. The second part took three hours and required detail and efficiency.
