The interviewing process was fairly easy. There’s no experience needed. Customer service background is a plus. All the training is handled by the company. You will get a binder that explains all the prompts so you would never be confused. They explained that there’s going to be a manager on the floor to assist with closing the deal or if you have any questions. Got hired on the spot.

Question 1
They asked me about my past customer service experience. If I had any experience with appointment setting. How comfortable I am on the phone.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ETourandTravel (Orlando, FL) in Jan 2014
Interview
There was not a long interview process. Once I filled out the application, it was reviewed. I had prior sales experience so they knew coming in what I had to offer. That is part of why my process was a bit easier than most. I had strong phone skills and a sales background. Once I got the call back to set up a one on one with the manager there. We talked a bit about my skills but she concentrated more on questions about me, my goals, and where I saw myself down the road. She also asked me about how I thought working there would help me towards my goals.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ETourandTravel (Orlando, FL) in Oct 2016
Interview
You come in with your resume and your first interview is just the initial. If they like you by then they take you in the back to monitor calls. Afterward you go and talk with then again and really go over things and if it's official you just start when they tell you.
