An HR rep reached out regarding the role. The process was over 8 weeks and consisted of an HR interview, an interview with a CI analyst and their BU lead, an interview with the Managing Director of the BU, followed by a business case and presentation, followed by three 1-on-1 interviews with Directors and above. (6 interviews + 1 biz case/ presentation)
The process/ coordinator was communicative but not very accommodating in terms of scheduling interviews. The company had just endured layoffs, so the morale on the interviews was rather low. When asking interviewers what brought them to ETS, none really had an answer beyond "I needed a change".
