Interview
I had been recommended by a friend and former co-worker who was employed by ETS. I was interviewed (by phone) by the Director of the hiring department and two Senior Analysts. I was asked basically pertinent questions about my related work experience, my ability to work with non-technical people, and my willingness to take on high level responsibility.

They asked how well I thought I would be rated by non-technical people with whom I had worked with in the past? How well did I communicate? How well did non-technical people think I understood their responsibilities and concerns? Did those people feel I did a good job of representing their interests in the design and implementation of IT applications?
