The interview process can be lengthy, but it’s very thorough. Make sure to ask questions about the job that you are applying for. Because it’s a small company you will be required to wear a number of hats.

Interview
A very long and intense process. Started with a half hour phone interview with owner. Next was a four hour in person interview and a 170 question written test with owner. Then another 3 -4 hour interview with owner and service manager. The interview also had a hands on test fixing a power washer.
