Interview
Hire usually through contacts of company, because they have a CL incentive program for employees to refer employees to company. Process is usually 2-3 interviews with HR, Branch Manager and finally with VP to approve candidates. Usually hired on 3 month contract, after initial training and 3 months, decision is made to retain you or not. If you are retained, possibility to negotiate for a commission based contract.
