ESRF Software Engineer interview questions

One online interview of about 20 min. + a panel interview about 20 days later of which 1 hr with the HR. The HR was suppose to provide a feedback about 2 weeks later. Not only they have not provided a feedback but after contacted them (1 month later or so) to provide me a feedback I got NO answer! Moreover usually universities, institutes and research centers cover the travel expenses when they invite you for an interview on site. Before traveling there , they also communicate that they will cover the travel expenses. They asked me from the beginning how I plan to travel there. I answered them, but they didn't tell me anything about the budget they planned to cover those expenses ending up in getting back less than the real expenses. Sorry to say, that from this experience it seems that they are not as serious as other companies/users facilities, institutes or research centers.
