I had a phone interview which was very brief, more of a overall get-to-know me. I then was contacted for an in-person interview, which lasted in total about an hour and had questions that were really catered to gauge your personality. One thing that I was not prepared for was a two-part test on Excel and Office. I have used both programs at several jobs and failed both tests. It would have been courteous and professional to have disclosed that the interview included tests, so I could have been better prepared.

Interview
Very short and to the point. General questions. They really didn't ask anything that made me have to think too hard. They seemed eager to fill positions. I interviewed with them and had a job with them within two weeks.
