The interview process was pretty straight forward. The first round was a phone interview. If asked, the second round was in person at headquarters. Many questions are situational, e.g. "describe a time you..." "what would you do if..."

Easy if you have experience with kids. Virtual over Teams. One on one, not intimidating at all. Some easy some harder questions. Overall positive experience and felt comfortable right away. Made me more inclined to work there.

The interview process is a joke. They saw they are going to skype call for an interview and never gave a specific time. If they do, they never call and communicate through email.
