1. Interview with CEO and tech lead 2. Technical Exercise to test laravel knowledge and best practises. They don't focus on algorithms/ data structures / design patterns at all. Instead they prefer to test framework knowledge 3. Techical review of the exercise - technical interview. With Software architect and tech lead. 4. Salary negotiation
