Interview
A number of virtual interviews. One with Design Engineering Lead and a member of the marketing team, then one with CEO, then one with CTO, then I was invited to come to the office in Munich from the UK for final interviews and had a chance to see the office where I might be working and have a look around the company building and so on after which gladly received an offer letter.
Really straightforward, the company was great at keeping me in the loop throughout the process so I wasn't left waiting long or wondering about to the application status which I really appreciated. All in all, somewhat thorough but a smooth enjoyable process. Everyone was really nice and a quite relaxed but well structured interview process.
