4 rounds of interview , two technical rounds and two manager rounds and then huge delay in announcing results, almost took 4 months in closing the offer. Also some politics in choosing candidates led to lot of delay, while the Organization is good in terms of culture, India team is governed by politics and favouritism

Sehr angenehmes Gespräch mi zwei technischen Ansprechpartnern.
Dauer war auf 1 Stunde beschränkt. Nach einer kurzen Vorstellung fokussierte sich das Gespräch auf relevante Erfahrungen für die Stellenbeschreibung.
Zum Abschluss konnten auch eigen Fragen zur Stelle und EPAM gestellt werden.
