Was applying for Middle IT BA position - via EPAM Anywhere program (100% Remote, Russian - Belarus departments) Interview process. 1) General, HR. Correct, but unfriendly. After the interview - no official e-mail, all correspondence via messenger. 2) In ~2 weeks - Tech. Was very nice and very interesting, in a discussion manner. Questions - different general IT BA Methods and Methodology, language check, a bit of discussion on what projects can be and on the career path. Completed successfully, the interviewer said I have a good middle level and welcomed to proceed. I have enjoyed it, and I would love to work with that person. 3) Than HR wrote via messenger - technical interview completed successfully, we are looking for the project for you. 4) Then more than 2 months - silent. Then I asked the progress -> sorry, even though it is a remote job, we can not hire from countries we have no offices (was discussed in the beginning -there was no such rule). - Ok, no problem, I will relocate then. -> Sorry, we have only demand for Senior and Lead IT BA. (Position was "Middle IT BA") Resume: seems EPAM has a great Software Development culture and strong and interesting tech people, But it is an absolute mess in HR and in management.
