Extremely long and badly organized recruiting process that took over two months in total. After 4 rounds of interviews, all of a sudden there were some internal candidates which is why they made me wait another 4 weeks before making an offer. My contact person at HR was constantly changing & they couldn't call an international number (FR to DE) which in my opinion should be possible in HR. After declining the offer, I didn't even receive an answer anymore. Overall, one of the most unsatisfying recruiting process I had.
