Me habría gustado recibir un correo o comunicación sobre la decisión para dar un cierre y no solo el ghosting laboral.

Three interviews phone, technical and then a final chat with director and VP level. Job specific and background questions asked and job discussed. The technical questions were very basic , the second interview was a bit more on background but also basic accounting questions. However, interviews are job and team specific so depends on who is interviewing.
