Application and short test. Test was IPC inspection / manufacturing of cables and wiring as they made cables for air craft and helicopters. They also make them for medical devices- I had experience doing that also. Applied on line and was called in for interview. Easy fast process. Nice people.

Asked for IPC experience making - inspecting cables .
Found the job on line and submitted my resume by email. Personnel was easy to deal with. Had several phone calls and they set up a phone interview - from that point I was asked to come in for an interview. I met with two people, the manager and a quality engineer. The interview was easy.

The questions were simple, what measuring instruments could I use, have I ever built cables, inspected connectors and did I ever take an ipc test. They liked the ipc experience .
The measuring questions were all on using a tape measure. Easy things. Also q few questions on reading their drawings.
