Interview
I got the call from the Hr that they are interested in my resume and would like to interview the next day. So I had the phone interview and to my knowledge I aswered all the questioned she asked . She said she will call back within two days, noting happened but I was curious and called them as usual the reply was no offer.

Interview
The interview process was adequate. They are a company that does multiple interviews. One on the phone screening. Then two interviews there after about two weeks apart. There is a long time before you find out if you are hired or not.
