Interview
It was unstructured. Met with an engineer who asked very generic questions, not the typical HR questions, then sat for a timed practical Revit exercise. It was pretty basic and to the point.

What scope of work I enjoy most (technical, concept, etc)
Hr interview first and technical interview with team leader and a one hour revit test and the test was easy but it takes more than one hour the interview was three hours in total
