The interview process was straight forward. I was asked about my work experience and why I thought I was a good fit for the position I was applying to. I thought the overall interview went well!

Interview
Two person interview, the immediate manager and the second level manager. Interview was roughly 45 mins. Next day afterwards I received a call from the manager to fill out paperwork and do testing.
The process included a phone call, and two in-person interviews. The interviews included pretty basic questions. They shyed away from giving concrete answers about the position, which I was too young to take notice as a red flag.
