      Sr. Career Strategist Interview

      Apr 26, 2024
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ECP

      Interview

Waste of time...they posted it as though it was a flexible, contract position and within 2 minutes of starting the interview made it clear it was at least 40 hours per week. Seems like they are violating contract and labor hours pretty clearly and don't want to pay employees the salaries and benefits they deserve. Initial first question was friendly, the second was rude. Completely unimpressed - RUN!

      Interview questions [3]

      Question 1

      Tell me about your background.
      Answer question

      Question 2

Tell me about YOU and who you are as a person and leader, not your background.
      Answer question

      Question 3

Can you work more than 40 hours a week (for a position they posted as up to 38 hours), we have to put only up to that for contract laws but we need people way more than that.
