Applied online and got called for technical interview. Technical interview was followed up with in person interview in irvine, ca. For the personal interview they asked about current job, my responsibilities, areas of expertise in .Net and open source technologies and database experience etc. Finally they asked about the kind of company I was looking for and the expected hourly rate that I would be comfortable with. They also offered health benefits, which I declined
