      Regional Sales Executive Interview

      Jul 11, 2018
      Anonymous employee
      Bakersfield, CA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at EA&I (Bakersfield, CA) in Jan 2016

      Interview

Very subtle until the 80% mark, then its 100% hectic! They really get you to belive it's going to be such an easy interview and you're going to pass with flying colors.. Until they make you believe it's going to be done, and they surprise attack you with 5 extra questions under slight duress.

      Question 1

Have you ever accepted payments or tips in and or around the workplace and kept them personally to provide and feed for your family because you thought you weren't being paid enough?
