      Account Manager Interview

      Sep 12, 2012
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Sydney
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at E-web Marketing (Sydney) in Aug 2012

      Interview

Eweb Marketing are award winning for their work environment and came second only to Google in last years BRW Best Places to Work survey. The First stage of recruitment is a group info day of around 20 people. Very informal and relaxed, next to no information about the actual position given. I did manage to get a one on one interview after this info day but the only advice i could give is to be out going and social in the info day. One on One interview again was informal, with an emphasis on your personality as opposed to your experience. I found this extremely frustrating as a week later I received an email saying that they had chosen someone with "more experience".
