Interview process is great. You show up and have a pulse. You may be invited for a second interview. This is a shadowing event where you follow your future superior around doing solicitations. It follows the typical workday minus the first hour of exposition in the morning and the last hour of submitting funds. So 9 hours the second day versus the typical 10.5 hour work day. They will then show you how the promotion process works from distributor to owner. It looks like a pyramid scheme and if you have no qualms you will return to the office and be hired, as your superior gets promoted by hiring more people.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
None really. Pretty straightforward questions with no stress at all..
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at E & S Marketing (Tempe, AZ) in Mar 2014
Interview
E-mailed me with more information about company and position and asked me to call to schedule an interview, but they called me later to schedule one for the next day. Had to fill out paper application when I got there, and there were other candidates waiting. Interview was very simple - asked about experience and why you want to work there. Told me he wanted me back for 2nd interview which was a FULL DAY shadow. They aren't even sports marketing - They sell Phoenix Suns tickets to businesses. That's it. They go door to door to businesses and work long days. He said typical day is 7:30 a.m. to 5:45. Base pay at first but then commission only.
