Interview
They showed up 20 minutes late. It was supposed to be with HR manager and plant managers, but the plant managers left instead of staying. HR manager escorted me into office, made a comment about how they wouldn't be able to eat lunch now because of me, and tossed the lunch on the floor. They then invited someone who was walking by to sit in, and it turned out that the person didn't even work in that location, had no supervisory position, and had nothing to do with the position I applied for. I was talked down to, had to sit through their side conversations, and was discouraged from my plans to go back to school because they said it would be too hard for me. Very unprofessional and just generally insulting.

They asked no questions that had anything to do with the position or my background. They asked why I even applied.

Interview
Manager showed me the machine and had me watch one girl do it asked me if I think I could handle it I said yes and she hired me.
There wasn't any real interview she never asked about my job history prior experience or anything.
