I applied online and was contacted for an initial screening video interview. During this interview, I was told they plan to "move quickly" and that I would probably hear back on next steps in a day or two. Well, that was about two weeks ago and I still haven't heard anything. Not sure if they're disorganized or just rude enough to ghost candidates, but I don't like my time being wasted.

What was the most successful campaign you worked on and what were the results?
Really easy. Hard to judge but people friendly. 2 stages - one was situational and the other more person specific. Felt very fair if not tough. 2 people interviewed me per stage, 1st was HR and second was team specific
have not gone through the process yet but looking into reviews and have to submit something to see reviews before I waste my time. the first round is a phone interview
Interview was a 3 rounds process - phone screen followed by two interview rounds. First interview round was 30 minutes long the next was 2 hours. Had a variety of different subjects and topics you should know about that covers the tech.
