Easy Interview, not much on experience just if I understood job requirements. You need to be able to talk clearly and professionally. Security experience is not a must, they will train you. The will give you basic training and on site training. You need to make sure you have a clean background because they will not hire you if you do not have criminal history.

Interview
answered an ad on craigslist.org Got a call back 6 weeks after answering ad and was told to be at a place at a certain time. When I got there I was told they would come outside and get me when they were ready. I waited for 15 mins and watched 5 other people go in so I walked in and it ended up being a group interview. They asked name age and background and had us fill out application and told us to be back ina week for training and that we were all hired
