There was an application, a few background check permission forms, and a couple personality tests. After completing all of these, there was a 1:1 interview. The background check included criminal history, child services, credit history, fingerprinting, a physical and drug test, and driving history.

Interview
Interview is a process, takes time to finish the whole process, besides take tests, going for physicals test and drug test and then wait until training time is available. Its about a whole month process to even start the job.

Interview
All applicants are almost guaranteed to get hired if you qualify. Disqualifiers include certain criminal arrests/convictions and driving history that consists of serious driving violations, multiple minor violations, or accidents. Lots of employees have left for other employment opportunities but eventually come back (the grass is not always greener....).
