I knew Duo Security long time a ago and was interested in this company. And now I think they need to hire some capable manager to take care of the company culture. The interview with Duo Security was a totally joke. I applied on line and was contacted by the recruiter and we scheduled a phone interview. However the recruiter didn't show up as he totally forgot about the interview appointment. Then after emailing back and force we finally had a conversation and scheduled the phone screen with hiring manager. Again something went wrong--the hiring manager didn't show up at all. I contacted the recruiter it took him about 3 weeks to tell me the hiring manager was on leave for a surgery. Then I was told the position I applied was upgraded to a manager role. I thought I'm completely qualified for a manager role and told the recruiter Id like to speak with the hiring manager about this role. And I got no feedback. The worst interview experience--no professionalism, no respect. I don't think a company which treats candidate like this can treat the employees very well. Indeed, they need to work on their poor culture.
