I was contacted by Nate for a pre-screening phone call. I moved on to separate phone interviews with two ladies on the team. The three people I spoke with made the interview process incredibly easy—they shared available times, scheduled them via Google Calendar, and that was it! Each of the three people I spoke with called me exactly on time; I didn't have to wait. It was a pleasure speaking with all three team members and learning more about Duo Security. It seems like an amazing, up-and-coming company and ultimately I'm disappointed that I wasn't offered a job. They were very transparent with me, however, and let me know there were a few candidates with more of the experience they were looking for. When I received my "Let's Keep in Touch" e-mail, it was very professional but kind and made me feel a little better about not receiving an offer. I'm hopeful that something with Duo that's a better fit for my skills may open up in the future. Overall a great experience!
